Shiping Policy
- We attempt to process every order and ship it within 24-48 hours. Your order should get delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.
- Delivery may take longer due to weekends, festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- In addition to the above, owing to the COVID-19 situation, there could be some unforeseen disruptions/ local restrictions. Hence, no TAT can be adhered till the COVID-19 situation prevails.
- We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a Minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time.
- We also offer Cash-On-Delivery. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
Return and Refund Policy
- The products can be exchanged or returned within 2 days post-delivery. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Product is used or altered by customer
- If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
- Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team.

Procedure for exchange/return/refund
Wrong Item Delivered:

Raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery at
Email – info@kayaindia.net with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID
or call us at 1800-209-5292.

Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.

In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.

As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

Item Damaged:

How are returns processed?
- Once you request to return a product, a pickup is organized for the item.
- Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received.
- This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team.
- Once the product passes the quality control, an exchange or refund is initiated.
Order Cancellation
- We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed, & shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
- You can get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request.
- Cancellation duration takes typically one day after confirming cancellation by calling 1800-209-5292 or Email – info@kayaindia.net
Refund Policy
- In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.
- Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the Paytm account or bank account as per your preference and details shared with us.
- Refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
